There are but two paths we can walk in our relationship with Abba and in His wondrous love, He lets us choose.
9 And this is my prayer: that your love may more and more overflow in FULLNESS of KNOWLEDGE and DEPTH of DISCERNMENT, 10 SO THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DETERMINE WHAT IS BEST AND THUS BE PURE AND WITHOUT BLAME FOR THE DAY OF THE MESSIAH- 11 filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Yeshua the Messiah-to the glory and praise of God. (Philippians 1:9-11)
The depth of our relationship with God is determined by our walk, by our commitment to and our trust in our Dear Father, our Abba. I believe every true believer has a desire to have a deep personal relationship with Him; but the accuser has a plan, just as God has a plan. The accuser has counterfeit to all that God has for us and it is our responsibility to be aware of and recognize the accuser's traps. He does not approach us as our enemy, but rather as our friend. All of his offerings are bondage and some are "Heaven or Hell" issues. We need to get serious in our walk, in our relationship with our Abba. So there are questions we should ask ourselves today: How are we doing in following His guidance? Do we do things that are displeasing to God? Do we follow His Word exclusively? Or do we keep one foot in and one out? Do we even recognize we are doing this? Do we understand the consequences of our actions? Do we see some of our difficulties as His promise of punishment for our disobedience to His Word? Do we understand that our actions are words to Abba?
Four years ago God had me start journaling things He was teaching me and last year asked me to write this book. An author I am not, but what I am is a son of our Abba, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and place my trust in Him completely.
