On his way to Daytona for the first race of the season, Nascar great Dale Jarrett saves the life of a young homeless boy, Isaac, whose mother is killed. It is discovered that the boy has a terminal illness. In the months and struggle for life that follow, Isaac, embraced by the racing community and a private school, exemplifies the simple childlike faith that God desires from each of us.
