We had no electricity for eleven of the 15 years I lived in Brazil raising my family. The missionary community was either in denial about what was happening or implied that I deserved the abuse.quot; Discovering that God was willing to answer prayers began Ms. Sand on a wonderful odyssey of learning to trust God for the smallest details of her life in bringing up her family.
