Published originally with the title The People's Work, this latest revision by the author offers brief descriptive introductions to the Sunday readings as well as reflective commentaries on the seasons of the church year. Introductions may be printed in the Sunday bulletin or read aloud by a lector. They are also constructed to allow customizing for the local parish.
