The Leadership Lab is a tried and tested resource that has proven to be effective in developing young people as transformational leaders. This resource takes a holistic approach to leadership development keeping a balance between improving leadership skills and helping young people grow in their relationship with God and others. Through hands-on activities, lively discussions, and team building exercises, The Leadership Lab trains and equips young people to be leaders in the church and in their world outside of church.
Effective leadership doesn’t just happen. Developing young people as effective leaders takes training and experience. The Leadership Lab offers participants the opportunity to explore five principles of transformational leaders, discover vital leadership skills and ways to improve relationships with God and others, and put learning into practice throughout the process and long after they have completed the sessions. Young people will gain the tools and confidence needed to be effective leaders…now.
