How Paul's radical theology turned the world-and God- upside down Georgi's innovative and rigorous study presents Paul's ideas about God not simply in a context of Jewish apocalyptic but within the socio-political realm of the Emperor cult. The Gnostic movement and Jewish missionary theology were already part of this milieu.
