Junior Asparagus discovers a lesson in faith as he learns how to rely on God in times of trouble--ages 4-8Junior's up to bat at the Veggie Valley ballpark, but when he strikes out, his teammates blame it on bad luck. Junior thinks a four-leaf clover may help, until the next VeggieTown Adventure when Junior winds up as the coach of the Elijah Dodgers. In the final nail-biting inning, the scoreboard reads "If you ask him, he will come." Junior hits a home run when he learns that there's something more important than winning: it's having faith in God and knowing that he's in control.
