This three-session unit from the Connect series for junior high classes deals with helping youth and their parents discover ways of understanding and resolving conflict in the context of Christian faith.
Session 1: Tug of War - focuses on identifying points of conflict between parents and younger youth and to explore the way love affects conflict situations.
Session 2: Because I Said So - explores the assumptions, hopes, dreams, concerns and expectations of youth and their parents.
Session 3: God, Our Parent - recognizes that we are all God's children; and explores God's expectations, hopes and dreams for us.
