James Earl Massey
James Earl Massey is Dean Emeritus and Distinguished Professor-at-Large of Anderson University School of Theology, titles awarded to him after his more than twenty-five years of service. He served for six years as Dean of the Chapel and University Professor of Religion and Society at Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama. A prolific writer and speaker, he sits on the editorial board of The New Interpreter's Bible, and is the author of The Burdensome Joy of Preaching, also published by Abingdon Press.
