James C. Logan
James C. Logan is a well known scholar who taught systematic theology at Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C. In 1990 he became the E. Stanley Jones Professor of Evangelism at the seminary. Logan's  Ph.D. is from Boston University. He is a clergy member of the Virginia Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church and lives in the northern Virginia suburbs of D.C.
