This three-session unit from the Connect series for junior high classes will engage the students in spiritual questions of the origin of good and evil as well as assist them in their own growing autonomy as decision makers.
Session 1: Good and Evil, God and the Bible - explores some of the biblical, theological and cultural explanations of the presence of evil in the world.
Session 2: Life: A Multiple-Choice Quiz - identifies ways to be, and resources for becoming one of God's Good People.
Session 3: What Do I Do When Bad Things Happen? - helps youth discern ways faith in God, community support, prayer, and exploring the Bible can help when bad things happen.
