What is a Virtual Bookstore?


Vistors access the Virtual Store through a link on the church website. The link contains a number that is unique to the church’s Virtual Store. The unique number allows Cokesbury to identify purchases   made through the Virtual Store and calculate rebates the church earns. 

The host church can customize a welcome message and maintain a Recommended List of products that may be of interest (All products must be offered at Cokesbury.com). 

Qualifying items purchased through the Virtual Store will pay host churches a 5% rebate! Qualifying items are those purchased by visitors to the church website who click on the Virtual Store link and log on as a guest or with an online account.  Cokesbury takes care of all the shopping details: the transaction, the billing, the shipping. The customer gets the everyday value pricing plus any special promotional offers and the church gets a 5% rebate, calculated twice a year, on the qualifying items that are purchased.*
