We’re already about halfway through this weird academic semester! Some schools have returned to in-person schedules, but most continue to offer online options. All that screen time can be exhausting. This week in LinC we’ll talk about self-care and mental health. It’s nice to remember we can generate truth ourselves—simply by being honest.
