The book is a collection of articles and essays about the thoughts, theories, adventures, successes, failures, and spiritual doubts for those who are searching for meaning or purpose in their lives. This is not a "how-to" manual as everyone must construct his/her own existential path of discovery. To help with that, the author describes his own journey with shocking transparency, and offers examples, instructions, and ideas that will enhance a helpful search for others. A Missouri native, Baker's vocational background is in pastoral ministry and Christian social ministry in Missouri, Texas, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Virginia and Arizona.
