I put my convictions on the table, And if I am willing He is able. I had been hyper and couldn't sit still; Now, I needed to listen and allow Him to fill. Mainly at night, sometimes in tears, He would comfort and calm my many fears. I feel God, met me with arms open wide; The words, He gave me are written inside. Stanley Angerstein is a Christian carpenter from Victoria, Texas. His father owned a small grocery store in Bloomington, Texas where Stanley graduated from high school. He wasn't a very good student and English was his worst subject. After his wife left him more than twenty years ago he developed a bond with God through song. Knowing these words were given by God and had to be shared; he was convicted to develop this book of poems because God is so awesome.
