By journeying together through this study of eight beloved psalms, group members will become familiar with a number of key psalms and the emotions they express, realize that God invites and accepts honest expressions of emotion, and express their own feelings to God more freely. Take-Home Cards are used during one-on-one time to review the material from the large-group time and apply it to everyday life.
