How do you define your daily life-an adventure or a struggle? How do you define yourself-a victor or a victim? This book is a summary of my own life experiences, which has brought me to the conclusion that the answer to these questions is entirely dependent on how we view God. The deeper our knowledge is of His character and traits, the more capable we will be of turning our struggle into an adventure and our defeat into a victory. This is the key to a lasting freedom from fear and the embracing of God's purpose for each of our lives. Marilena Odorico Patton is a teacher and life coach. She was born in Romentino (Novara), North Italy. From a very young age, she had a passion for making a difference in people's lives and has been involved in volunteer projects for more than thirty years. She has spent ten years in India and twenty in Thailand, where she participated in relief work, visited refugee camps, and worked with others to help improve the quality of life at institutions for the underprivileged. Her greatest desire is for each individual to know God in a deeper way and consequently discover the joy of finding the unique purpose He has for everyone. She is currently living in Italy with her husband Trevor.
