Rebekah Phelps is the author of "I'm an Eagle, not a Field Chick," a story about an eagle that is raised as a chicken with other "gut instincts" and must discover who she really is. It's about what most of us go through in life, and the struggles we face to discover who we are and what we were created to be Rebekah is also the owner of Extra You LLC, a personal concierge company that specializes in providing tailored personal services, such as house watching, helping seniors to downsize, assisting executors and errand running. In addition, she founded White House Home Inventory. Her businesses serve The DC Metro Area and The Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia for the past 10 years.
She has also served others in many capacities, including through Christian Ministry, Hospice volunteer work for 8 years, and work with intellectually challenged adults.
Rebekah is happily married to George Phelps and together they have a Maine coon they wait on, named Tipper Puppy. They reside in West Virginia, along with her "mom" (in-law). She has two grown children, who are sadly estranged, and a close relationship with Mari and Justin (who she considers her kiddos) who are raising her two beautiful grandchildren in Texas. She attends church at Cornerstone Chapel in Leesburg, VA.
