Joseph Knotts went to Peru 1901-1906 with the Student Volunteer Movement. His letters describe daily life, work and hardships in Per . Under clouds of revolution and plague, he taught and formed Epworth Leagues, Bible studies, and a church. Knotts founded Tarma English Academy that became Col gio Andino and educated civic and church leaders. Knotts was ordained Methodist and worked as a minister in Oregon for 42 years with young people and Epworth Leagues. This book includes biography, letters, sermon notes and over 100 photos.
