The General Record Book helps you collect and summarize weekly church school and small-group participation. The forms help you prepare quarterly ad annual reports including the Local Church Report to the Annual Conference. The other tools in the system (Record book for Class or Group, Individual Record Card, and Report & Offering Envelope) help you gather and use accurate, complete information from diverse classes and setting.

New Improved CD-ROM! The new CD-ROM has been revised to improve functionality. Now you can save the forms, even rename them, and add addtional data as you receive it. The forms included on the CD-ROM enable you to use your PC workstation to compile and calculate reports. Use the paper forms as workseehts, then enter the data in the templates to create clean, printable reports.
